Integrated Marketing Account Executive

Position: IMC Account Executive, The Philippines 

Responsibilities:  

As an IMC Account Executive, you will be working to build the Vero business in the Philippines and across ASEAN. This includes the following: 

• Supporting client accounts, counseling clients, supporting new business development, and ensuring clients and stakeholders are satisfied with Vero’s work.  

• Supporting the team’s business development activities. 

• Assisting Account Managers and Directors in pitching, managing, and executing client campaigns (e.g. digital, social, PR, and influencer engagement). 

• Providing creative solutions to clients’ challenges and embrace emerging marketing technology for the betterment of the team and the client’s businesses. 

• Collaborating with a team to meet client KPIs – coordinating with the Creatives, Media and IQ, and Planning teams to generate positive business results for the team as you report to your team leaders. 

Criteria:  

• Minimum 1 year working experience in marketing, communications, events, and activations. 

• Experience in campaign development and execution, is a plus. 

• Hands-on experience in strategizing and managing various digital platforms 

• Experience in sourcing, managing, and coordinating with influencers  

• Has analytical and performance optimization skills with the ability to identify, interpret, and use digital and social media marketing analytics and tools  

• Believes efficient communication is sparked by positive conversations 

• Trusts that creativity and empathy are at the heart of great communication strategies 

• Outstanding English and Tagalog comprehension and verbal communication skills 

• Excellent listening, writing, and presentation skills 

• Comfortable working in a young, multicultural environment
