POSITION OVERVIEW
As the Integration Project Manager, you’ll orchestrate the end-to-end onboarding of third-party systems, APIs and platforms into our financial-technology ecosystem. You’ll define clear integration roadmaps, mitigate technical risks and uphold our security and compliance standards—all while partnering with internal teams and external vendors to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Stakeholder Alignment

Elicit and document integration requirements, scope and success criteria from business partners and technical leads.
Translate technical dependencies into clear action plans and timelines.
Serve as the single point of contact for integration status, risk flags and change-management updates.

Internal Execution

Partners with Engineering, Product, Compliance, and QA teams to implement technical integrations.
Oversees creation and validation of documentation such as API specs, data flow diagrams, and system architectures.
Tracks key KPIs related to integration quality, responsiveness, and partner satisfaction.
Ensures alignment between integration timelines and internal development roadmaps.
Works with InfoSec to uphold regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).
Coordinates third-party contributors involved in integration delivery.

Time Allocation / Prioritization

Manages multiple concurrent integrations and allocates resources based on business value, feasibility, and risk.
Anticipates blockers and adapts project plans to meet evolving needs and timelines.
Willing to flex work hours during critical integration windows or high-impact issues

Continuous Improvement

Track key metrics—API success rates, mean time to resolve errors, partner-satisfaction scores—and drive corrective actions.
Research and recommend emerging integration frameworks, tools or middleware to boost velocity and reliability.

WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?
Professional Background

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Integration Project Manager or leading technical/API integration initiatives, ideally in FinTech, SaaS, or digital payments.
Demonstrated success managing end-to-end integration lifecycles—scoping requirements, coordinating development sprints, and driving UAT/go-live.
Hands-on with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and authentication standards (OAuth, SAML).
Experience integrating core banking platforms, payment gateways, CRM/ERP systems, or KYC/AML tools is highly valued.
Proficiency with integration toolsets such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, MuleSoft, Zapier, or Workato.
Skilled in project planning and tracking via Jira, ClickUp, or Monday.com; Agile/Scrum environments preferred.
PMP, Certified Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification is a plus.

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field with an emphasis on system thinking and process design.
Additional coursework or certifications in API development, system integration, or software development lifecycles are advantageous.
