Interior CAD Designer

Summary:

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Interior Designer with a strong background in hotel interiors. The ideal candidate has experience designing luxury hospitality environments—from boutique properties to large-scale resorts—and brings a deep understanding of brand identity, guest experience, and functional design.

Responsibilities:

• Support the design team in developing concepts and detailed design documentation for luxury hotels, resorts, and residential interiors.
• Produce accurate technical drawings, floor plans, and layouts using AutoCAD and CET Designer (Configura).
• Create FF&E specifications, finish boards, and presentation materials that align with the firm’s design vision.
• Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to coordinate all aspects of design execution.
• Conduct site visits, assist in installations, and participate in design reviews to uphold design standards.
• Stay current with global design trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of professional experience in interior design, with a focus on hospitality or high-end residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and CET Designer; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Revit is a plus.
• Strong understanding of space planning, FF&E sourcing, and technical drawing standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on luxury hospitality or high-end residential projects with renowned design firms or hotel brands.
• Proficiency in 3D visualization software such as SketchUp, Enscape, or Rhino.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, vendor coordination, and FF&E budgeting.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.
• NCIDQ certification or progress toward certification is a plus.
