 Job Overview: 

As a Trade Account Manager for En Gold US, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and managing relationships with trade and designer clients across the United States. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth, cultivate brand loyalty, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction within the trade segment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for trade clients, providing them with personalized support, product expertise, and tailored solutions to meet their specific project needs. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Client Relationship Management: 

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with trade and designer clients, understanding their unique preferences, requirements, and project timelines.

 • Act as the main point of contact for all trade-related inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance via phone, email, and online meetings.

2. Sales Growth and Business Development:

 • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the trade client base and increase sales revenue within the designated territory. 

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaboration prospects with interior designers, architects, contractors, and other trade professionals.

3. Product Knowledge and Expertise: 

• Stay updated on the latest trends, designs, and features in the furniture industry, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and capabilities.

 • Educate trade clients on the product designs, features and benefits of En Gold furniture collections, assisting them in selecting the most suitable solutions for their projects. 

4. Project Coordination and Support: 

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, design, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and timely product delivery. 

• Provide proactive support and guidance to trade clients throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept and product selection to delivery and installation.

5. Customer Satisfaction and Retention:

 • Anticipate and address any issues or concerns raised by trade clients promptly, striving to exceed their expectations and deliver exceptional service at every interaction. 

• Proactively follow up with clients’ post-project completion to gather feedback, address any outstanding issues, and nurture ongoing relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. 

Requirements: 

• Prefer prior experience in furniture sales or a related field (e.g., retail). 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred). 

• Proven track record of success in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the furniture or interior design industry. 

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders. 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

 • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools for sales tracking, reporting, and customer relationship management. 

  • With Furniture Showroom experience.
