Intern - Capital Markets - Property

Working as part of our Capital Markets team , the candidate will focus on assisting our Capital Markets Executives and Brokers in developing our Capital Markets Business specific to Sales, Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, and other Real Estate Transactions. In this job , the candidate will have the opportunity to learn and develop your knowledge of the Real Estate Market as he/she will be involved in the gathering, organizing and analyzing market data and trends. The candidate will also develop his/her knowledge with investments as you will be involved in analyzing investment opportunities from the legal, financial, and technical perspective and together with our Capital Market Executives and Brokers, undertake the negotiation processes. The candidate will have the opportunity to develop his/her marketing skills as you will be involved in organizing purchase and sale processes, which includes preparing marketing collaterals, client presentations, and utilization of JLL’s various CRM platform. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Report to the Head/Director of Capital Markets, to serve client needs for investment sales in accordance with the overall strategies and policies of JLL Philippines.
• Maintain data, records, listings, prospects andpreparation and/or presentation of periodic work in progress reports to leaders and the business.
• Gather, organize and manage market relevant data and client information into JLL’s proprietary CRM platforms.
• Perform fieldwork whenever necessary to obtain documents, gather property data, or to assist Capital Market Executives and Brokers in performance of their duties to the client.
• Perform relevant paperwork including the preparation of market comparable analysis, marketing proposals and marketing reports.
