Job Description - Intern HR Employee Relations - Philippines

Opportunities: Allowance Php 8,000 per month. Full time work from home Dayshift / Australian time zone 6 months internship program. About the Role:   As an HR Intern specializing in Employee Relations you will be an integral part of our Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing employee relations matters and understanding the intricacies of compensation and benefits administration. You will assist in various HR functions under the guidance of seasoned professionals, contributing to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities: Employee Relations: Assisting with employee orientation and onboarding sessions. Maintaining employee files and records. Handling inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures. Assisting in conducting employee surveys and analyzing results. Administrative Tasks: Data entry and maintenance of HR databases and systems. Organizing and maintaining HR documents, such as personnel files and employment records. Assisting with the preparation of HR reports and presentations. Managing the HR department's email inbox and responding to inquiries. HR Projects: Participating in HR projects as assigned, such as diversity initiatives, employee engagement programs, or process improvement projects. Conducting research on HR-related topics and presenting findings to HR team members. Event Coordination: Assisting in organizing HR events, such as company meetings, employee appreciation events, or training sessions. Coordinating logistics for HR-related events, such as booking venues and ordering catering. Other Support: Providing general administrative support to the HR team. Assisting with special projects or tasks as needed.   Essential requirements: Graduating or a Fresh College Graduate in a bachelor's degree program preferably in Human Resource and Psychology or a related field. Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources Can start ASAP Strong attention to details Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Have a strong, assertive, and confident personality. Must have no pending Laboratory courses and be able to render full time.
