ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is in-charge in data entry to the system provided and coordination of the shipments to the assigned client. They are assigned to organized and execute data and and rate management in compliance with the procedure to provide quality service.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Gather & check shipment information
• Receive, record, and validate customer order, taking into
consideration our offer
• Define the execution plan versus the operational constraints
• Collect required documents & information
Handle shipments
• Check availability of cargo & provide confirmation to proceed
• Optimize the operational execution and perform the transportation plan
• Record up-to-date information related to the shipment
• Produce documentation according to customer profile and instructions
• Manage communication and processing of documentation with Suppliers
(internal & external)
• Create and update events in the TMS
Monitor shipments
• Monitor and improve suppliers’ performance
• Coordinate with the Customer Operations Support function, in case of
deviation
Process and monitor customer invoice
• Validate that all documentation is complete and compliant to the specific
requirements, and uploaded in the TMS
• Complete internal invoicing and cost posting
• Produce and dispatch external invoices and documents to customers
Report
• Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to the
Supervisor/Manager
• Responsible for the most effective operational execution of our
commitment
Requirements
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
Essential:
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong capacity of analysis and keen to details
Desirable:
• With experience in using cargowise or any TMS is a plus
• Working experience in Freight Forwarding Industry is a plus
• With strong analytical skills and detailed oriented
• Fresh Graduates or Trainee are encouraged to apply
