KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Data Quality Monitoring

• Understand the defined Traffic Analysis and customer’s requirements on mandatory events and or references and understand the impact of data quality on those items on reports communicated by Bollore to its top customers.
• Run daily data quality reports using advanced tools (Excel, VBA, Access, TABLEAU...) and push to relevant stakeholders in Bollore Network (worldwide) for immediate action.
• Monitor and follow-up with relevant stakeholders in Bollore Network (worldwide) to secure short-term actions and long-term improvement in data quality
• Educate the network with the support of Regional and country CBS (Customer Business Solution team) to understand the control report, and its impact on visibility at the customer level and highlight areas of concern, if any.
• Work with Regional CBS (Customer Business Solution team) & RCT on control reports and give constructive feedback on practicality, accuracy, and effectiveness
• Be proactive in proposing technical solutions to finetune and/or automate reports and monitoring methods for data quality management
• Create a relationship with relevant stakeholders in the Bollore Network (worldwide) and be proactive with them to implement problem-solving actions and best practices
• Ensure correct application of procedures and streamline processes between all countries.

Report and Performance Management

• Understand the defined reporting per top customer with the support of Regional CBS (Customer Business Solution team)
• Generate customer reporting using advanced tool (Excel, VBA. Access, TABLEAU…) and publish to relevant stakeholders in Bollore Network and its top customers

Provide feedback to Regional Control Tower and CBS (Customer Business Solutions team) on reporting tools and secure continuous improvement of those reporting

Requirements

• Graduate in Customs Administration or any related course
• Working experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics Company is an advantage
• Proficient English
• Newly graduate are welcome to apply
