Applicants must be of Philippine nationality and currently residing in the Philippines.
Minimum Experience of 3-5 years of sales experience in the non-destructive testing (NDT) services or related field, or preferably within the oil and gas industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge: Understanding of NDT services and the oil and gas industry is highly desirable.
Language: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Travel: Willingness to travel for business purposes both locally & internationally as required

Identify and win new NDT business opportunities in the international market, particularly in the oil and gas industry.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored NDT solutions.
Proposal Preparation:
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Work closely with the technical and operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Reporting:
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Develop and implement effective sales tactics align with market trend to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
