Inventory Analyst

• We help develop world-class products with Research and Development Teams of Filipino manufacturers, and supply bulk ingredients such as: Bakery emulsifiers, Sweeteners for beverage and confectionery, Personal Care Emulsifiers, Home Care Surfactants, Disinfectants and Sanitizers, & various innovative ingredients.
• Aside from ingredients, we distribute world-class laboratory equipment such as Water Activity Meters used in food safety, and Homogenizers used in food and beverage production.

Responsibilities:

• Monitors incoming and outgoing stocks
• Submits accurate Inventory Reports
• Conducts month-end physical Inventory count
• Analyzes variances or discrepancies and reports to superior
• Reports Product Damages, Returns
• Monitors Shelf Life
• Coordinates with Warehouse
• Computes for actual Costing of products
• Inventory Planning
• Checks new Purchase Requisitions versus Inventory Balances

Performs other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Inventory Management or Planning is required for this position.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• Willing to work in Makati City. (Office-based)
