Inventory and Asset Management and Control Analyst

Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting for a client that manufactures quality products and services for the Philippine market in electronic and photo imaging, graphic systems, medical systems, and industrial products. Our respected client is seeking an Inventory and Asset Management and Control Analyst who will provide critical back-end support in the fields of Finance and Accounting and will report to the Finance Manager. The work set up in Onsite, Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm and office is based in BGC Taguig, Philippines. Key job responsibilities include:

• Maintain and analyze inventory items.
• Monitor and manage slow-moving or expired inventory.
• Use software to track inventory characteristics and movements.
• Audit inventory processes and track performance.
• Develop cost-reduction and control optimization strategies.
• Report findings and data to upper management.
• Predict and address potential inventory issues.
• Audit and recommend inventory restocking.
• Prepare detailed inventory operation reports.
• Reconcile inventory reports and counts.
• Conduct fixed asset counts and reconciliations.

Key job qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
• With 2 to 3 years in inventory control, fixed asset management, audit, accounting, and finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and high motivation.
• Proficiency in inventory and fixed asset management systems.
