We’re seeking a precise, data-driven Inventory & Demand Planner to forecast product demand, track inventory accuracy, and support purchasing decisions that keep operations efficient and cash flow healthy. You’ll work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and marketing to ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time—driving measurable reductions in stockouts and excess inventory.

Core Outcomes

• Maintain ≥ 98 % SKU-level inventory accuracy across channels.
  
  
• Deliver forecasts within ± 10 % variance through continuous data analysis.
  
  
• Coordinate purchasing recommendations aligned with sales and marketing plans.
  
  
• Generate weekly inventory and turnover reports for leadership review.
  
  
• Communicate actionable insights that improve forecast reliability and decision speed.
  
  

• 3 + years in inventory planning or demand forecasting roles
  
  
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data models)
  
  
• Experience with mainstream ERP or inventory management software
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related field
