Inventory Control Analyst

Job Description:

• Ensures stock availability for all SKUs
• Monitors inventory status using DSIR and analyzes SKU movement
• Ensures accurate inbound/outbound documentation (STAs, DRs, invoices, receipts)
• Maintains proper warehouse storage conditions based on GOP standards
• Conducts warehouse capacity planning
• Ensures productivity of bundling operations
• Validates billing from 3PL with complete documentation
• Implements FIFO and monitors soon-to-expire products
• Manages cost efficiency and warehouse utilization
• Performs additional tasks assigned by the superior

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year course (Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering preferred)
• 6 months1 year warehousing experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency
• Able to work under pressure, trustworthy, flexible schedule

• Work Arrangement: Onsite - Pasig | Full-time | Monday - Saturday
