Inventory Manager

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday 8:30AM to 5:30PM

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Operations Manager with expertise in the Food Industry, specifically in managing both wet and dry inventory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate management of all inventory-related activities, ensuring adequate stock levels, minimizing wastage, and optimizing supply chain processes. This role requires a deep understanding of inventory management principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
-Forecast demand, monitor stock levels, and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize excess stock.
-Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
-Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes for incoming and outgoing inventory.
-Work closely with the Finance and Quality team to ensure that all food safety and regulatory standards are met.
-Implement best practices for inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and cycle counting.
-Lead and motivate a team of inventory specialists, setting clear expectations and providing guidance.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Graduate (ME/EE/IE/CHE/OTHERS)
-Proven experience 6yrs+ in inventory management, with a focus on the food industry
-Strong understanding of food safety regulations, quality control, and compliance standards.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Proficient in inventory management software and SAP/ERP systems.
-Effective communication and negotiation skills.
-Leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing teams.
