Inventory Manager (For Active Pooling)

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control procedures to ensure inventory is accurately recorded and managed.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to improve inventory management and accuracy.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure they are at optimal levels.
• Develop and implement inventory budget and forecasting processes to ensure that inventory is managed cost-effectively.
• Monitor and track inventory movement and reconcile inventory variances.
• Coordinate and work with other departments to ensure seamless inventory management.
• Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
• Proven experience in inventory budgeting, forecasting, and management.
• Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
