Inventory Staff Accountant

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Ayala Makati)

Shift Schedule: Night shift

Requirements:

• Inventory accounting experience
• Journal Entries
• Reconciliation
• Above average communication skills
• Open to Fresh Graduates (Graduates of Finance and Accounting Courses)

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Accounting: Managing the full cycle of inventory accounting, including valuation, costing methodologies, and reconciliation of inventory-related accounts.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial reports related to inventory, such as inventory aging reports, cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis, and variance analysis.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconciling inventory-related general ledger accounts to subledgers and other supporting documentation.
• Costing: Maintaining standard costs for inventory items, including purchased components and assembled products, and analyzing standard cost variances.
