Requirements:

• College Graduate
• CPA (Preference)
• Preparation of Journal Entries
• Balance Sheet
• General Ledger Management
• Account Reconciliation
• Financial Reporting
• Preparation of Invoices
• Supports Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Close
• Financial Analysis
• Inventory Reporting
• Good Communication Skills
• Good with Data Manipulation (Large set of files)

Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Training: Manage and direct inventory staff, providing training and guidance on best practices and company policies.
• Inventory Control Procedures: Implement and maintain inventory control procedures for receiving, storing, counting, and distributing inventory.
• Inventory Audits and Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and recorded inventory.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, identify potential shortages or overstock situations, and make recommendations for adjustments.
