Invoicing & Receivables Specialist

• Manage customer accounts and follow up on payments
• Review overdue accounts and help resolve outstanding balances
• Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly
• Prepare and send invoices, statements, and payment reminders
• Coordinate with teams to address billing or payment issues
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system
• Support month-end activities and basic reporting
• Assist with audits and suggest process improvements
