IS Cash Reconciliation Associate

• Reconcile cash activity as it relates to Investor Capital Calls and Distributions
  
• Investigate cash flow activity that cannot be automatically reconciled
  
• Create and manage automation rules to increase the number of automatically reconciled capital activities
  
• Leverage our in-app tools to help clients manage capital call payment schedules with their investors
  
• Collaborate with our Fund Administration team to identify opportunities to efficiently scale the way we serve clients

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of experience
  
• You have an operational mindset and are constantly looking for ways to streamline processes
  
• You have strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills
  
• You’re interested in providing best-in-class-service
  
• You take pride in your ability to communicate effectively and are able to multitask to meet multiple deadlines
  
• You have a basic understanding of Venture Capital, Banking, and Fund Administration
  
• You have experience working with accounting and financial data
