Must have prerequisite Island experiences in either the Indian Ocean or Southeast Asia.

• Manage an 80-room property with 3 F&B outlets located just off the coast of Cambodia.
• Lead and oversee all aspects of the island resort operations, including accommodation, dining, and recreational facilities.
• Foster a culture of excellence and teamwork among staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Implement sustainable practices to preserve the island's natural beauty and support ecotourism initiatives.
• Ideal for single or married status applicants without children.
