Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Business, Management, Office Management, Information Technology, Statistics, Accounting or any related course.
• With at least minimum of 6 months work experience preferably in an IT Admin/ Data Analyst function.
• Willing to report at the Head Office daily. Amenable to working extended hours. weekends and holidays as may be required.
• Preferably residing in the Southern area of Metro Manila.

Required Skills:

1.) Data Analysis: Proficient in data analysis and able to analyze and interpret complex data sets accurately.

2.) Critical Thinking: Able to think critically and make informed decisions based on data analysis.

3.) Technical Skills: MS Excel and Powerpoint; Asset Inventory Management.

4.) Organizational Skills: Strong organization skills to manage data, documents, and administrative tasks efficiently.

5.) Time Management: Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Other helpful skills: Attention to details, Problem solving, Good communication skills an advantage.

• Month End Accrual
• PLDT wired broadband connection for CCTV
• IT Asset Management System
• Procurement- POS Requirements of Business Centers
