We are looking for an IT Administrative Support to act as the operational backbone of the sales client support function. This role ensures quotes are built, clients are followed up, systems are updated, and the admin side of IT service delivery runs smoothly.
Key duties
Draft and build quotes using templates and tools (Quotient)
Maintain CRM accuracy, deal stages, notes, and contacts
Follow up clients via phone and email on quotes and enquiries
Conduct light outbound calls (cold calling and lead follow-up)
Triage inbound enquiries (web, phone, email)
Book meetings for Directors and support sales pipeline
