With over 8,000 professionals across 9 delivery centers in the Philippines, we remains the country’s largest offshoring solutions provider.IT Admin, be 100% YOU!An IT Admin is expected to: Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routing switches, telephony systems (Cisco/Avaya), and network protocols Implement and oversee server patching processes, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and ng secure Configure and deploy IT machines to end-users, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime Monitor and maintain Windows operating systems, including tasks such as SSH access, file manipulation, and CPU/memory monitoring Administer Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Office applications Handle ticketing systems for effective issue tracking and resolution Manage Active Directory, including user and group management, domain controller configuration, group policy management, and troubleshootingWhat it takes to be part of our team: Minimum 3 years of experience, proficiency in routing switches, and telephony systems. Familiarity with network protocols At least 1 year of experience in server patching processes Minimum 3 years of experience in managing Windows operating systems At least 1 year of experience in configuring and managing Microsoft 365 applications Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or ManageEngine ticketing tools Minimum 3 years of experience in Active Directory administration Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), Revenue Management, key card systems, Building Management, HotSOS, Saflok, InnComm, etc., is a plus Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Amenable to work onsite and cover PST time zone (11pm-8pm PHT) Onsite in Libis Quezon CityWhat's in it for you?
