IT and Cloud Engineer

Position Overview:

An IT and Cloud Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing an organization's IT infrastructure and cloud-based systems.

​Work Schedule and Arrangement: Graveyard, Onsite

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware
• Respond to queries either in person, over the phone, or through email
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, network, printers and scanners
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Offer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly
• Provide support for the implementation of new technologies
• Work within a ticketing system to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

• Graduate of at least 2-Year Associate programs 
• 3-6 months of experience in Helpdesk, or OJT/internship
• Knowledge and experience in Active Directory
• Basic Networking skills
• Advance computer and software troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in GSuite
• Printer and Scanner Troubleshooting skills
• VOIP experience is a plus
• Basic AWS
• Basic Server Management

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

• Monthly salary of 20,000php - 25,000php (depending on experience)
• New hire bonus of 5,000php
