IT Assistant Manager (IT Team Lead) | Alabang | Onsite

Work Setup: 100% Onsite (Alabang)

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of general IT background but preferably with hands on networking experience
• At least 2 years of leadership/people management experience
• Team Lead or Sr. Team Lead experience in CV required

Education:

• College Degree

Certificates:

• Preferred with Cisco Certification (CCNA or CCNP, even if expired)

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain all technology infrastructure, including computer systems, networks, and applications.
• IT Strategy: Align IT initiatives with business goals by developing and implementing strategic plans, policies, and procedures.
• Leadership:
• Security & Compliance: Ensure data security, integrity, and privacy through robust, updated security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
• Project Oversight: Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
