About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Audit Manager to join our clients team and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT audit engagements across diverse business functions. In this role, you will assess IT governance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application controls to ensure effective risk management, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards. You will design and implement innovative audit approaches, leverage data analytics to identify emerging risks, and provide actionable insights that strengthen technology processes and support strategic decision-making. Beyond technical responsibilities, you will mentor and develop a team of audit professionals, promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability, and partner with senior leadership to drive operational excellence and enhance overall organizational resilience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA and/or CISA certification is required; additional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CIA are an advantage.
• 6+ years of audit experience, with at least 4 years focused on IT Audit.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience in SOX audits and familiarity with IT general controls and application controls.
• Understanding of IT risk management frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST).
• Experience with auditing IT systems, applications, databases, and infrastructure.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
