Hiring for Sr IT Business Analysts

Location: BGC, Taguig

Setup: Hybrid, Midshift Manila

Salary: Up to 120K Based on experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Business, or a related quantitative field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in the financial industry
• Familiarity with traditional/hybrid waterfall and agile/lean methodologies
• Hands-on experience with one or more Enterprise Agile Frameworks (e.g., Kanban, SAFe, SCRUM)
• Solid understanding of the IT application development lifecycle
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and agile mindset
• Exceptional communication and time-management skills
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of business analysts
• Ability to influence and drive change effectively across teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of private markets
• Certified Business Analyst credentials
• Experience in project management and quality assurance
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency
• Exposure to cloud technologies

Key Responsibilities:

Capture

• Document business requests by aligning with business functions and gathering detailed requirements.
• Define and capture business requirements, develop technical solution concepts in collaboration with internal and external partners, and support implementation.

Analyse

• Assess and analyze business processes in the context of changes to business applications to ensure efficiency.
• Facilitate ongoing alignment between business and IT on the delivery of functionalities through business applications.

Manage

• Oversee and manage business request initiatives and coordinate the prioritization and scoping of requirements.
• Ensure adherence to architectural and design standards during implementation.
• Mentor and coach junior business analysts.

Contribute

• Share knowledge and insights with engineering and operations teams to drive continuous improvement of business applications.
