IT Database Administration Lead Coordinator

Brief Job Description :

The employee is responsible in expediting the Commercialization Change Order process by coordinating and conducting regular cadence call with internal stakeholders. He / she identifies process gaps or bottlenecks and provide solutions that will ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the process. He / she also co-leads/leads major projects or process improvement activities initiated by the team or by our Business Partners. In addition, he/she contributes to the team in delivering continues improvements and initiatives.

Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:

• Coordinate and expedite Commercialization Change Order (CCO) activities to ensure timely completion and resolution of process bottlenecks.


• Monitor and resolve complex CCO, item, and Bill of Materials (BOM) issues, including system and process exceptions.


• Coordinate cross-functional resolution with Procurement, Engineering, CCO, Planning, and other internal stakeholders.


• Act as an escalation point for critical operational issues and drive actions through to closure.


• Analyze recurring issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.


• Lead or co-lead process improvement initiatives and assigned projects that improve efficiency, quality, and cycle time.


• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, reports, and performance tracking to support operational effectiveness.


• Communicate operational trends, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders and facilitate regular coordination meetings.


• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to team members, including coaching peers and supporting training activities.


• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a customer-focused and results-oriented approach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related business discipline.


• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, product lifecycle, item/BOM management, or related functions. 


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Strong Microsoft Excel and intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint skills.


• Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle and PLM, Bill of Materials/Item Creation processes.


• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle, Product Development, production methods, and Stage Gate processes.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines independently.


• Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and communicate with stakeholders at different levels.


• Experience leading or supporting continuous improvement/process improvement initiatives.


• Experience with Oracle systems and Power BI is an advantage.
