IT Dispatcher

Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work 1 or 2 days in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605.

About the Role

As an IT Dispatcher, you will be responsible for timely and accurate execution of tasks assigned by the Services Manager. We will count on you to support a 24/7 operation, ensuring the workflow and activities of field technicians are covered while maintaining data integrity. Along the way, you will get to:

• Monitor client queues from various inbound touchpoints.

• Respond to client requests and confirm technician schedules.

• Coordinate logistics with stakeholders and track open requests.

• Support inbound and outbound call queues and escalate priority issues based on guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Studies, Business, or a related field from a four-year college or university (fresh graduates are welcome to apply!).

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and work in a rapidly changing environment.

• Familiarity with ticketing tools and call management tools.
