IT - End User Computing

Job Location : Clark Global City, Pampanga

Overview: The main role of the IT Administrator – End User Computing is to maintain TRT Internal computing environment by identifying system requirements, monitoring hardware and software performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation.

Key Deliverables:

• Provide end-user support such as but not limited to:


• 
  
  
  
  • Computer support, deployment, reformat/refresh, remote assistance support.
  
  
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  
  
  • Hardware support of IT equipment (Access Point, CCTV, Printer, IP Phones, etc.)
  
  
  • Standard application support (Microsoft Office, NetSuite, Other critical applications)
  
  
  
  


• Setting up credentials for applications used within TRT


• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention


• Troubleshooting all kinds of applications, systems, and services


• Develop creative solutions to unexpected problems, working with different teams throughout the company


• Document and updates procedures and guides


• Serves as a point of contact for external vendors


• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests


• Multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and timeliness.

Professional Capabilities:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or engineering.


• Minimum experience of 3 years in IT Administration.


• Excellent communication (verbal/written), creative problem-solving abilities, relationship and customer service skills.


• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.


• The ability to provide documentation relevant to different audiences (technical and management).


• System Administration, Developing Standards, LAN Knowledge, Active Directory Servers, VMWare, Multi-tasking, On-Call, Networking Knowledge, Network Hardware Configuration, Network Maintenance.


• Experience in deploying and configuring laptop and desktop computers.


• Knowledge in operating systems including Windows Server 2016/2019 Windows 7/10, Linux, Mac OS, Android, IOS.


• Knowledge in applications including Active Directory, Optus Loop (IP Phones), SonicWall VPN, SharePoint, O365/Exchange Administration, PowerShell, NetSuite ERP, Virtual Machines.


• Hardware Knowledge (Servers, Switches, Firewall, Workstations, UPS, Network Printers, Networking equipment).
