We are looking for Information Technology Service Desk professionals to join our growing team!
As an IT Service Desk Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related concerns. You will troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate technical issues while ensuring excellent service delivery and user satisfaction.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support or Service Desk role
• IT, Computer Science, or related field background preferred
• Cloud experience (AWS, Microsoft Cloud, Google Cloud, etc.)
• Linux/Ubuntu knowledge
• Microsoft 365 administration experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical users
• Experience with IT service management and ticketing tools
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
