• Perform real time update of the management tool being used by the team.
• Carrying out additional administrative tasks, such as generating reports, scheduling meetings, responding to end users or business unit, and preparing necessary documents needed by the IT Budget and Asset Management Team.
• Perform other functions relevant to the position and/or as directed by the immediate superior or management team.
• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management System, or related course.
• At least 1 year of experience in the related field.
• Average written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in any of SLMC facilities as the business requires onsite work.
• Willing to extend working hours and holidays, if the need arises, and can be assigned other functions or duties from time to time as the business requirements dictate.
