IT Network Engineer Professional

• Deliver operational support, advanced troubleshooting, and service restoration for network and connectivity services, ensuring high availability and operational excellence.


• Investigate and resolve complex incidents, fulfill service requests, execute operational changes, and support root cause analysis for recurring issues.


• Administer, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot technologies including Firewalls, Azure Firewall, VPN Services, SD-WAN, DNS, Network Security, Routing, Switching, and Connectivity Services.


• Collaborate with Cloud, Security, Database, Identity, and other IT Operations teams to support service delivery and multidisciplinary troubleshooting efforts.


• Drive service quality improvements by maintaining operational documentation, promoting best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.


• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to team members while supporting capability development across the organization.


• Ensure compliance with Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management processes while maintaining accurate technical documentation and ticket records.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field


• 3-5 years of experience in IT Operations, Network Operations, Infrastructure Support, or related technical roles.


• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Switching, VPN, and Enterprise Connectivity Services, Firewall and Network Security technologies, SD-WAN and Hybrid Connectivity, Microsoft Azure Networking Services, ITSM platforms, Incident, Change, Request, and Problem Management processes


• Experience with technologies such as Azure Firewall, FortiWeb WAF, Global VPN, SD-WAN, DNS, Proxy, Identity, Routing, and Switching Services, Monitoring & Connectivity Tools.


• Certifications such as CCNA, Fortinet NSE, Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), and ITIL Foundation.
