Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments

  • Familiarity with hardware components, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and enterprise applications

  • Working knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, routers, switches, DNS, DHCP)

  • Understanding of basic IT security practices, including password policies, antivirus software, and data protection

  • Experience with asset management software or tools (e.g., Freshservice, Snipe-IT, Lansweeper)

  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities


 


Responsibilities:



  • Provide timely support for hardware, software, and network issues to stakeholders

  • Set up and configure computers, peripherals, and IT equipment

  • Assist stakeholders with system access, troubleshooting, and application use

  • Document issues, solutions, and escalate complex problems when necessary

  • Track and maintain records of all IT hardware and software assets

  • Manage the full lifecycle of assets—from acquisition to disposal

  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations

  • Coordinate with vendors and procurement for IT asset needs
