What You’ll Be Doing
Ensure the Digital Workplace Services team delivers consistent, high-quality support while maintaining rigorous security and compliance standards. You will professionalize the IT function by building better processes, mentoring the team, and providing specific operational reporting.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years in IT Operations or Technical Support, with at least 2 years in a Senior/Lead role.
Deep Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 & Google Suite Administration is non-negotiable.
Compliance Experience: Practical experience working within ISO 27001, SOC2, or similar frameworks.
Support Methodologies: Strong knowledge of ITIL concepts (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
