IT Procurement Specialist (AU Retail, Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday- Friday (07:00 AM to 04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in Technology procurement or sourcing support roles
• Understanding of procurement and sourcing processes and systems
• Familiarity with Technology supplier categories (Hardware, Cloud, Software, Services, Telecommunications)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Basic financial acumen and data analysis capabilities
• Team player with a willingness to learn
• Proactive and detail-oriented
• Able to work under supervision as well as independently
• Resilient and adaptable
• Professional and enthusiastic attitude

What will you do?

• Assist the IT Procurement Category Manager with sourcing initiatives, including preparation of RFx documents, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination.
• Support requirements gathering from technology stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and supplier capability.
• Coordinate and manage communications with suppliers throughout sourcing processes.
• Contribute to the evaluation of supplier proposals and preparation of recommendation reports.
• Assist in contract negotiation support and documentation, collaborating with legal and internal stakeholders.
• Help develop and maintain category plans that align with Sigma’s technology roadmap.
• Provide data analysis and reporting to track savings and benefits from sourcing activities.
• Contribute to market research and supplier benchmarking within the Technology category.
• Support process improvements, template enhancements, and procurement best practices.
• Assist in contract administration and ensure updates are reflected in operational practices.
