Schedule: Monday- Friday (07:00 AM to 04:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience in Technology procurement or sourcing support roles
Understanding of procurement and sourcing processes and systems
Familiarity with Technology supplier categories (Hardware, Cloud, Software, Services, Telecommunications)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems
Good time management and organisational skills
Basic financial acumen and data analysis capabilities
Team player with a willingness to learn
Proactive and detail-oriented
Able to work under supervision as well as independently
Resilient and adaptable
Professional and enthusiastic attitude
What will you do?
Assist the IT Procurement Category Manager with sourcing initiatives, including preparation of RFx documents, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination.
Support requirements gathering from technology stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and supplier capability.
Coordinate and manage communications with suppliers throughout sourcing processes.
Contribute to the evaluation of supplier proposals and preparation of recommendation reports.
Assist in contract negotiation support and documentation, collaborating with legal and internal stakeholders.
Help develop and maintain category plans that align with Sigma’s technology roadmap.
Provide data analysis and reporting to track savings and benefits from sourcing activities.
Contribute to market research and supplier benchmarking within the Technology category.
Support process improvements, template enhancements, and procurement best practices.
Assist in contract administration and ensure updates are reflected in operational practices.
