IT Sales Executive (Home-based)

Job Description

• Verification and keying of client’s documents into accounting system
• Assist in bank reconciliation
• Assist in quarterly GST/VAT submission
• Assist in month-end / year-end closings
• Prepare short financial analysis write up on clients’ accounts

Qualifications

• Education – Minimum degree in Accounting
• Experience – 2-4 years in outsourcing environment will be preferred, i.e., Accounting/Taxation firms.

Software skills

• MS offices, excel and words is a must
• Experience in QuickBooks online and/or Xero will be preferred
• English speaking
• Experience in Viewpoint Software is a must (setting-up and usage)

Soft skills

• Meticulous, organized, and willing to learn new skills.
