Job Description - IT Sales Manager
The position leads a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building their team. The position oversees the activities and performance of the sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales target. Qualifications: At least 3 year of leadership role or up ideally selling IT sales productsSales and marketing orientedProven experience in achieving team and company target/quota.Good people management experience like sales coaching.Good relationship management to customers and partners.Good experience in creating and presentation sales management reportsGood market research and analysis experience.Good brand management experienceMust have experience on the following: sales marketing promotions, customer service, supporting dealers, B2B sales, revenue tracking and after sales support.Willing to travel locallyWilling to work in San Juan City
