IT Security & Compliance Officer (TEST)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security threats.
• Monitor and report on compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Provide training and awareness programs for staff regarding IT security best practices.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement security solutions and incident response plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for security audits and compliance inquiries.
• Stay updated on emerging security trends and technologies to enhance our security posture.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT security and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance standards.
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and security metrics.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a plus.
