POSITION / ROLE SUMMARY
The IT Senior Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing the program vision and delivery of the following components within the territory and regional work streams, including but not limited to communication network, server, telephony, and other software applications. The role will equally be accountable for technology-related projects and engagement with key stakeholders ensuring that project plans are effectively delivered into solutions, milestone outputs and that programme benefits are communicated and realized. The role will likewise take the lead in the enhancement of the Center’s IT infrastructure – create and review existing processes, resources and systems - resulting in operational changes achieved in the most effective and efficient way.

This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
A career within the Corporate Services Team will provide you with the opportunity to manage various aspects of the IT services of PwC AC Manila. You will take the lead in positioning key strategic plans essential to the growth of the Center. Particularly in IT Service Management, Service Desk, and Center’s IT system architecture.
You will be working hand in hand with the internal operations team both in local and global capacity to represent AC Manila, likewise, with external parties. Working at a PwC Acceleration Center , you will have the opportunity to build relationships with teams of other PwC Network Member Firms such as, but not limited to, PwC US Firms, PwC AC Kolkata (India), PwC AC Buenos Aires (Argentina), and PwC APAC Firms.
While primarily focusing on IT services, there will also be exposure to learn other operational areas of the business that will leverage on your strengths this includes collaboration with the Client Services teams.
