Lead multiple teams of offshore IT engineers and resources for Fortune 100 Companies in the United States
Act as point of contact and escalation for client managers the offshore resources report to
Actively work with Sales Team and Clients to find opportunities to grow the engagement
Coordinates and ensures proper on-boarding and off-boarding of resources with the different client groups
Possible client on-site/onshore assignment for client engagement meetings and presentations
Prepares and presents regular operations reports to key client and internal stakeholders. The report includes financial metrics and trends, recruitment and human resource metrics, individual team performance metrics, issues, and risk management
Manages and communicates client process and policy changes and ensures that all offshore resources are in compliance with the changes.
Coordinates with different client and internal groups of the organization to discuss and resolve individual issues of the different offshore resources
Conducts performance reviews and appraisal of offshore resources
Conducts technical interviews of candidates prior to submitting their profile for client review.
Ensures that any issues or blockers encountered by the offshore team are resolved immediately and the impact to the client is minimized. Communicates such issues and risks
to the client. Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or relevant Science course
Excellent written and oral communication skills
At least 10 years' experience in Software Development or IT Services industry
At least 5 years' experience of leading and managing a team of 10 or more members
Experienced in creating and presenting reports
Software development experience is an advantage
PMP Certification is a plus
Work schedule: Mid-Shift (3pm to 12am MNL Time)
Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week at the office)
