IT Service Delivery Manager - Gurugram

Job Description:

1. Ability to manage end-to-end Service delivery of multiple IT Infrastructure contracts.
2. Develop and implement daily operations plans such as to manage tickets, SLA of the
   contract.
3. Evaluate upcoming mini projects and plan and forecast expected resource needs.
4. Implement policies and standard operating procedures for continuous improvement.
5. Drive operational improvements which resulted in savings and improved profit margins.
6. Managed team, overseeing regional hiring, training, and professional
   growth of employees.
7. Should have ITIL process experience.
8. Prepare Report and Conduct regular reviews with respect to SLA for all the projects.
9. Location : Gurugram

Experience in Enterprise customer delivery ( with good technical exposure and can deal with major OEMs like Oracle/IBM/HPE/DELL/Cisco) .

Individual should be mature enough in managing internal TEAM/ customers & revenue like renewals/ billing and collections/ addon business.

Expected Qualification:

1. Any Degree with 10 -15 years experience.
2. Excellent Oral and Written communication skills.
3. Ability to persuade
