In December 2014, Intellmed was renamed MedSpecialized. The company relocated its operations on April 2015 from Fuente Osmena to a bigger office in Cebu Business Park.

MedSpecialized has been a long-time partner of Meditab Software Inc. and its group of companies in providing intelligent, integrated, and intuitive software solutions that automate and improve the process of healthcare delivery.

The Meditab group of companies were founded by practicing pharmacists and physicians and have been in business since 1998.
