JOB POSITION: I.T Support Engineer - Cebu

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a graduate of a BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information and Communications Technology, or any related courses
• Knowledge or experience with ticketing systems, networking, troubleshooting, and technical support
• With less than a year of relevant work experience
• Available to work onsite
• Willing to accept a rotating schedule

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide email support for technical advisory and remote technical support services.
• Processes and resolves concerns and complaints of customers on technical aspects of the product.
• Ensures to meet goals set for all metrics as required by the Client
• Check the designated queue in Autotask to see if a ticket has been assigned to you.
• Update the ticket as soon as you work on it.
• Check pending tickets and make sure that it is completed within the specified Ticketing system.
• Make sure all troubleshooting steps are done and documented in Autotask for complete resolution
