The IT Support Technician will report to the President and CEO, VP for Operations, CIMS Supervisor and General Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Understands and assists network infrastructure maintenance. Troubleshoots and
resolves network connectivity issues to ensure seamless communication with the
LMS-Card System.
- Has a basic understanding of soldering techniques and is able to perform basic
soldering tasks as required for hardware maintenance and repair.
- Possesses a basic understanding of programming concepts and is willing to
learn and apply programming skills as needed for various tasks and projects.
- Prepares and delivers presentations and demonstrations of existing applications
to both technical and non-technical clients and explains the functionality and
benefits of these applications effectively.
- Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint, to assist with document creation, data analysis, and presentations.
- Can offer excellent customer service by addressing IT-related inquiries and
issues promptly and professionally - providing guidance and instructions to end-
users in a user-friendly manner.
- Stays up to date with the latest technological trends and developments in the
field.
- Demonstrate flexibility by being available to assist customers during weekdays
and holidays.
- Willingness to travel for out-of-country or out-of-town tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Candidate must be a K-12 Graduate or has bachelors degree in information
systems or similar field
- Has at least six (6) months of experience and a portfolio of his/her work
- Required skill/s: Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator or similar applications
- Creative, flexible, can work under pressure, and a team player
- Willing to work on-site at Cainta Rizal area
