IT Systems Administrator

Requirements

1. Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
   
2. Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of our IT systems.
   
3. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues raised by end -users and provide timely resolution.
   
4. Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
   
5. Perform regular system backups and ensure effective disaster recovery processes.
   
6. Implement and enforce security measures to protect our systems and data.
   
7. Provide technical support and assistance to end -users, addressing their IT -related queries and concerns.
   
8. Keep documentation up -to -date, including system configurations, procedures, and user guides.
   
9. Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency.
   
10. Collaborate with other teams as needed for the improvement of business processes.
