Job Description - IT Technical Support Specialist


Company - Located in Ortigas, Philippines (Confidential)

Industry - Healthcare Service

Job Description:

• Provide prompt and courteous technical support with focus on high quality, accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction to internal staff and external customers while documenting and recording all activity according to departamental standards

• Handle highly complex technical queries from customers and partners in professional technical roles by troubleshooting, researching and recreating issues end to end in an environment of distributed systems including mobile devices, clouds, and customer back ends.

• Design, develop, test, document, and maintain tools and templates for advanced troubleshooting analysis

• Coordinate with the development team on reporting and resolution of issues.

• Formulate improvements on existing processes and workflows.

• Continuously familiarize and learn various software applications of the company.

• Prepare Incident Report and facilitate in formulation of Root Cause Analysis.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent years of experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of total experience as a Technical Support Specialist with 2+ years of experience in supporting software applications.

• Team player, solution-oriented, critical-thinker, responsible, proactive, self-managed, driven, and motivated.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.

• Integrity, passion, and collaborative spirit are expected.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.

• Ability to work autonomously or with a team.

• Experience in supporting customized (web, mobile, and/or desktop) software applications.
