IT Technology Analyst Assistant Manager

TASQ is currently looking for an IT Technology Analyst Assistant Manager (CCNA or CCNP) for a position based in Clark, Pampanga. The pre-screening interview will be conducted over the phone.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

- The candidate must have completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable discipline.

- A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience is required for this role.

- Must have a customer service-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a diverse environment, collaborating with clients and IT professionals from various cultures worldwide.

- Knowledge in networking, server management, and cloud adaptations is essential.

- Experience in IT Incident Management.

- Proficient in managing LAN and WAN networks.

- Familiar with managing Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls.

- Strong troubleshooting skills for IT configurations.

- CCNA or CCNP certification is required.

- If the CCNA certification has expired, candidates should possess Cisco training along with relevant work experience.

- Willingness to work in shifting schedules and on-site in Clark, Pampanga.

**Responsibilities:**

- **Procurement:** Gather requirements from business stakeholders and initiate requests by raising a Bill of Materials (BOM) with the pricing team to facilitate procurement.

- **Service Transition:** Execute service-specific technology migration and upgrade activities to complete the service transition plan.

- **Service Delivery and Support Process Management:** Support the Network, Security, Voice, Server teams, and system engineers in troubleshooting system issues and managing second-level incidents and service requests to align with the service delivery plan.

- **Availability & IT Service Continuity, Capacity Management:** Implement service-specific controls and processes, conduct routine backup activities, check for power/system/network redundancy, and document capacity parameters specific to services and systems to ensure compliance with service continuity and capacity management.

- **IT Asset Lifecycle Management:** Collaborate with resource executives to update assets in AMS/CMDB, covering the entire lifecycle of the assets, and provide input for hardware and software upgrades to adhere to asset management policies.
