Job Description

• Update and maintain systems/tools following standard procedures.
• Execute transactions and manage data with minimal direction.
• Verify data entry accuracy and make corrections.
• Conduct data verification.
• Respond to information requests and escalate as needed.
• Manage document filing and retrieval.
• Produce standard correspondence using templates.
• Respond to information requests by researching and compiling.
• May coordinate small teams or train junior members.
• Follow established policies and procedures.
• May serve as a technical/functional resource.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Meet established goals.
• Become a subject matter expert for complex processes.
• Document new learnings and process changes.

Additional details:

• Willingness to work at the Cebu site.
• Japanese language proficiency from N3 to native level. JLPT or JNAT certification (N3 to N1 preferred, certification required).
• Must have strong Japanese reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Essential MS Windows PC skills.
• A PC with MS Windows OS will be provided (email, Teams, screenshots, etc.).
• Must be trainable with high learnability.
• Requires professionalism (punctuality, accuracy, attention to detail, self-checking, following procedures, seeking guidance).
• A minimum of 3 to 6 months of training will be provided.
