Key Responsibilities:
â Data Entry
â Data entry lead for Deal team
â Entering meeting notes into DC, extracting important data points from meeting notes (sizing, investment preferences), and adding to the company contact card in DC
â Creating Contact cards and company cards for prospects
â Email and LinkedIn outreach logging
â Webinar (and other marketing - letters, events, etc)
â Tracking of registrants, attendees, and non -attendees who require follow up
â Communication to region leads where follow -up is necessary
â Managing data entry of master track (sweeping in new DC companies into master tracker)
â Maintain, log, and audit presentation log.
